We will require photo ID and proof of address before delivering any hot tub.
We will require an initial deposit of £50 to confirm booking of your spa.
Full payment on delivery or before.
Hot tubs must be positioned outside and not inside.
Set up takes 1.5-2 hours to allow for the hot tub to be filled. We will give instructions on how to operate the hot tub.
Hot tubs can take between 10 and 12 hours to heat up to full temperature depending on weather conditions.
You will require a flat surface, patio or decking preferably, if grass please be aware there may be some damage to the grass that may take time to repair after use. When full, hot tubs can weigh up to 1300 KGs.
Hot tubs need constant power to maintain filtering of water and temperature control. Your 13-amp power outlet should be no more than 10m of placement. Most kitchen windows have a summer lock on them so we can get the cable and secure the hot tub through that.
There must be a suitable clearance to manoeuvre the hot tub into position.
– The Duo spa is 70cm deep x 182cm so would require 74cm x 186cm clearance
– The Orbis spa are 74cm deep x 180cm so would require 78cm x 184cm clearance to roll into your garden
– The Quatro spa is 74cm deep x 200cm so would require 78cm x 204cm clearance to roll into your garden
– The Dura spa is 77cm deep x 200cm so would require a clearance of 85cm x 204cm
Our gazebos require a space of 3m x 3m and can be positioned on all garden surfaces.
If you are unsure of sizing’s and clearance, please measure your clearance or take images and give us a call.
Water treatment will be your responsibility but don’t worry its simple quick and easy to keep on top of, we will supply you with a water treatment kit and show you how to use.
